Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Aledo Golf Cart! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chad went above and beyond to help me find the perfect golf cart for my needs. His knowledge and friendly demeanor made the entire process a breeze. He answered all my questions and even offered great tips on maintenance. The selection was impressive, and I felt like I got a fantastic deal. If you’re in the market for a golf cart, definitely head to Aledo and ask for Chad! You won’t be disappointed! He even Trailed my Can-Am to another site

I had an excellent experience with this golf cart company! Chad, the owner, was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect golf cart for my family. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. What really stood out was his outstanding customer service—he even delivered the cart the same day! It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re satisfied. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a golf cart. I’ve already recommended Chad to my neighbors and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Had a great experience with Chad at Aledo Golf Carts. He was professional, easy to work with, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we felt comfortable with the cart and all the features. He also personally delivered the golf cart to our house, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend Chad and the team if you’re looking for a golf cart in the Aledo/Fort Worth area.

We were looking for a certain TEKO white golf cart and stopped at some subpar dealerships that were closer to home. But then decided to drive to Aledo TX and we were happily surprised! Chad, the owner puts his customers as number one! He met us at the warehouse after hours, we test drove the cart , he delivered the cart in wonderful condition as promised to our garage. .He did some minor adjustments and details for us with a smile on his face. I cannot sing the praises of Chad and his business any higher I’d like to give him 10 stars! His attention to detail, perfect customer service, polite demeanor and friendliness is not found in today’s business world. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to take the extra drive and meet Chad for a comfortable and confident sale situation.. He answered our calls and texts immediately, and always followed through. Definitely the BEST golf cart dealership in all of DFW and beyond. Thank you Chad. He is also a great dad and spends quality time with his growing family. We surprised our granddaughters in Viridian and are having so much fun!

Chad is hands down the best in the business. From a truly no-pressure experience to proactively flagging a potential garage height issue, he went above and beyond by modifying the cart to meet our needs. Aledo Golf Carts is the best. As an added bonus, while I was at work my wife accidentally knocked off the side mirror. Chad picked it up, repaired it, and even washed the cart before returning it. That level of white-glove service is hard to find.

Great seller. Good communication. Chad was awesome. I showed up to check out the cart at 4pm. Liked what I saw. He said he would deliver it that night. I live over an hour away. Worse in rush hour. I told him the next day would be fine. Said I would be home at 1pm, he was sitting in my driveway in cart when I pulled up. Easy transaction. Everyone loves the cart, too. Would purchase from him again.

Chad is the absolute best! He delivered our golf cart just in time to surprise the kids for Christmas. It’s been a year since we purchased it and he’s been available for questions along the way. I couldn’t imagine anyone else giving better service than Chad and Aledo Golf Carts!

Chad and his team at Aledo Golf Carts are simply the BEST! Chad was super responsive and took his time answering all of our questions and getting us what we needed. Whether you are searching for a new or used golf cart, would like to rent one or need repairs on the one you have - you will not find a more honest, professional and trustworthy team. They go above and beyond to serve their customers and care a great deal about their experience and satisfaction. HIGHLY recommend!

Chad and, Aledo Golf carts, are one of the few places left in America that is founded and run on honesty, integrity, and transparency. The only thing better than the sales experience was the personal dedicated communications since we’ve owned the golf cart. We ran into a couple issues that were generated by our own four children. Chad was always willing to help us and even took the golf cart back and fixed a few things out of the kindness of his heart. They were clearly our fault. I don’t know if I could raise enough praises for a Aledo Golf Carts. Thanks Chad! Truly NOTE: The picture attached is part of his courteous service that he took and dropped off the golf cart while we were at work. Above and beyond!!!!
